About me
Hello, my name is Ethan Jones, I am a proud graduate from the Coder Foundry School. I have learned the fundamentals about code and web design at a fast and efficient way. I chose to attend Coder Foundry for one simple reason, I love computers, web design, and coding in general. I always have and always will. It started as purely a hobby of mine at a young age, but turned into something I love the most. I would open and take apart my old computers to see how they worked, only to then try and put them back together. So, my interests being as they are, I wanted to expand my learning and knowledge. So, I became a student at Coder Foundry for that singular purpose. To learn code! My dreams about my future career as a coder are vast indeed, so like with any and everything that I have a keen interest in learning, I take it serious. I plan to make an outstanding career, with the hard work I do to prove it.
I see myself learning a vast amount of coding practices. I want to be able to pick up a project and accurately complete it with ease. I see myself being able to help others with their projects and work, as well as introducing others to the world of coding. Yes, it may seem impossible at first, especially for a beginner such as myself, but through hard work and repetition, you will take in a very healthy amount of knowledge and know how.
All in all, I plan to lead a successful and engaging coding career and lifestyle. As well as helping other coding enthusiasts along their way to success.
Skills
Below are the skills I have acquired and will continue to build upon.
Web Design
As of this writing, I consider myself to have adequate skill in the area of Web Design. I take what I learn very seriously so that my skill set will increase rapidly, as well as accurately. More projects I do and accomplish in this area of expertise, will further my knowledge to be able to meet the expectations and standards of employers.
Web Development
I consider my expertise to be of equal value as my current skill set value of Web Design. I also plan to drastically and accurately raise my skill level in this area. Repetition is an exceptional way to learn. I view Web Development as an extremely important skill set to have and value. I look forward to learning more, and to be a great asset to my future employer.
Custom PC Builder
PC(Person Computer) building, has been a hobby of mine since I was a mere nine years old. I am confident in my skills in terms of building, updating, and repairing PC's. I am fast and efficient in my ability to identify a repair problem, and quick to fix it. My ability to build PC's and correctly resolve any issues from bios or hardware, was achieved by being self taught.
Self Taught Artist
Another one of my skill sets. I took an interest in art at the tinder age of seven. Sketching, painting, oil pastels, and charcoal are some examples of the artwork I have done over the years. I have tattoo designs for people, and took on art projects for other people, to their satisfactory I may add. I take on projects all the time for individuals who want to see their imagined artwork come to life.
Graphic Design
Graphic Design is another skill I want to learn with a passion. I already love art, so naturally I want to apply my artistic abilities into this field. Graphic Design and digital art has been a keen interest of mine, and I have plan to attain the necessary skills required to become a professional. Graphic design is important for me to learn more of because I want to tap into the game design industry.
Game Design
No experience in this field as of yet, but the skills will be learned.
